Additional Information: After years of considering breast augmentation, this 36 year old patient decided it was finally time to move forward. She is very flat chested and wanted to feel and look more feminine. It was noted that she had asymmetric pectus excavatum. Dr. Nichter used Ideal saline implants 240 cc's on the left side and 270 cc's on the right side. The difference in fill amount was done to minimize her breast asymmetry. He used an inframammary incision and placed IDEAL implants under the muscle.
