Radiofrequency (RF) Microneedling

By themselves, microneedling treatments such as SkinPen® Microneedling and radiofrequency treatments each offer great benefits. With our state-of-the-art device, these two treatments are combined and even more effective.

The radiofrequency energy can penetrate deeper and more precisely while also boosting the effects of the controlled damage caused by microneedling. As a result, Radiofrequency (RF) microneedling can give you even better results than either treatment done alone.

It takes time for your body to increase collagen and elastin in response to microneedling, so the benefits appear gradually. You’ll likely start seeing results within a few days of RF microneedling, which will continue to improve. You may find that your skincare products are also more effective since the microneedling treatment helps your skin absorb them better, resulting in even healthier skin.

The number of treatments you’ll need will depend on the severity of your skin issues. For mild concerns, we often recommend three treatments scheduled 10-14 days apart. Six or more treatments may be needed for more severe cases.

After a series of treatments, you’ll likely enjoy a healthier, younger-looking complexion thanks to your skin’s increased collagen production. We typically recommend maintenance treatments every 6-12 months for optimal, lasting results.
