Additional Information: This is the patient's fourth breast surgery. After having breast implants removed in the past and then replaced over a year ago, she was experiencing issues with scar adhesions and pectoralis muscle positioning. Dr. Nichter performed breast revision with a peri-areolar breast lift with correction of adhesions between pec muscles and superficial tissue. He lowered the muscle and closed the pocket. He then performed fat grafting to fill in areas of imperfections along with improving the overall shape of her breasts. Patient still has breast implants.
