Additional Information: The patient had a saline rupture along with breast asymmetry. Dr. Nichter removed both implants and replaced them with Sientra silicone implants. He used a 190 cc implant on the left and a  205 cc implant on the right. Different sizes were used to even out asymmetry. He also performed a vertical breast lift to improve the position of her breasts.
