Additional Information: To correct this patient's tuberous breasts with constriction, high breast fold and herniated nipples, Dr. Nichter performed a breast augmentation with nipple reduction. He used 385 cc Sientra highly cohesive moderate plus silicone implants, which he placed above muscle (submammary) through a peri-areola incision.
