Additional Information: Patient had two prior pregnancies and was unhappy with the effects on her breasts and abdomen. A standard tummy tuck with liposuction was performed along with a breast augmentation using Sientra shaped standard profile silicone implants 350cc's on both sides. An inframammary incision (breast crease) was used and the implants were placed under the muscle. She went from a 34A to a 34C.
