Additional Information: This 50 year old patient is slender and fit, but was unhappy with small pockets of fat and excess skin after having children years ago. Regardless of how much diet and exercise she did these areas never improved. Dr. Horowitz performed a standard tummy tuck and improved her vertical c-section scar along with performing liposuction of the abdomen and hips and using fat transfer to transfer it to her buttocks. Photos were taken 4 months post-op.
