Additional Information: 20-year-old patient opted for breast augmentation to increase her bra size from a 32B to a 32C (full). Dr. Horowitz used Allergan's Natrelle Inspira smooth round moderate profile silicone implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision. She had some breast asymmetry so he used 345 cc's on the left side and 330 cc's on the right side so the breasts would more closely match one another in size.
