Additional Information: Patient had first breast augmentation in 2002 using saline implants. In 2014, she came to Dr. Horowitz about the look of her breasts. She felt that her breasts had lost their shape and were saggy. Dr. Horowitz performed an implant exchange from saline to textured silicone 400 cc's. In 2019, she came back to Dr. Horowitz concerned about BIA-ALCL and requested her implants be taken out completely. He performed an implant explantation followed by natural augmentation using the patients own fat to add volume in place of implants. Her after photos were taken just a few days post-op.
