Additional Information: Patient had prior silicone implants which had ruptured along with significant breast sag. Dr. Horowitz performed capsulectomies on both sides followed by removing her old implants and replacing them with IDEAL saline implants 300 cc's. He also performed a vertical mastopexy (breast lift). He then performed an extended tummy tuck with liposuction of the full abdomen and hips. Incisions are still fresh and will fade over time.
