Additional Information: Patient had prior saline implants which ruptured possibly due to capsular contractures on both sides. The decision was made to remove her implants and perform our signature California Breast Lift® procedure which is fat grafting to the breasts for natural augmentation. A peri-areolar lift was also performed.
