Additional Information: To correct severe breast asymmetry, Performed a breast reduction with anchor breast lift and augmentation. She went from a B cup (left) and D cup (right) to a 34 C cup. Mentor smooth round moderate plus silicone implants were used. 350 cc (right side) 375 cc (left side). Different sizes were used to correct asymmetry.
