Additional Information: Patient complained about having a wide nasal base and was unhappy with puffiness in her lower eyes. Thinned her nostrils by using a Weir excision to reduce the nasal base and width of her nostrils, which is well hidden in the crease of the base, and performed a lower blepharoplasty at the same time to remove the fat pads and smooth out the under eyelids. After Photos: 6 months post surgery.
