Additional Information: Patient had two prior pregnancies and was unhappy with the effects on her breasts. A standard breast augmentation was performed using Sientra shaped standard profile silicone implants 350cc's on both sides. An inframammary incision (breast crease) was used and the implants were placed under the muscle. She went from a 34A to a 34C.
