Additional Information: Patient had previous silicone implants which both ruptured along with her experiencing a significant degree of breast sag. Dr. Horowitz performed capsulectomies on both sides, followed by removing her old implants and replacing them with IDEAL saline implants 300 cc's. He also performed a vertical mastopexy(breast lift).
