Additional Information: Patient had her first breast augmentation 5 years earlier with Dr. Horowitz at which time 350cc Sientra moderate plus silicone implants were used. She came back to Dr. Horowitz requesting to be larger. He removed her existing implants using the same peri-areolar incision and replaced them with 540cc Sientra moderate plus silicone implants. She is very happy with the increase in volume.
