Skills include getting video and watching tape online for improving microsurgery skills, combined with practice under the microscope in the laboratory using synthetic tubing and using a rat or mouse model. Director of Burn Reconstructive Surgery – UCI Medical Center,

Educating nurses, surgery residents, medical students, and PAs on scar care after burn injury both in the clinic, on the ward rounds, and in the Operating Room, totaling 18 hours a month. June 2008 – July 2015.
